命令行界面 (CLI)
此版本包括打印关于月亮的信息的函数，与原始程序类似。

在 build/ 目录中运行 make 并执行生成的 moontool 程序。

rust/src/moon.rs移植到Rust。python/moon/moon.py移植到Python。
C和Python版本尽可能接近原始版本。
Rust版本在提供更友好的API方面采取了一些自由（计算方法没有变化）。它还公开了月亮的黄经、黄纬和视差，以及太阳的黄经。这四个值在原始版本中都被计算过，但从未使用过。
