GEGL (通用图像库) Rust绑定

该项目为以下库提供了绑定： GEGL & Babl。

目前是工作进展中（WIP），欢迎帮助测试。

目前它使用glib-rs的最后一个发布版本和为GEGL手动修补的Gir文件。
